change for the username and password in cpanel

hi, good day!
i can login to the x10hosting site but i cant login to the control panel,
i forgot my username and password in my control panel,
its different from the hosting site right? so i dont know how to edit or where to change it,
since im only using a free account?
i do hope that you can help me with my request even though im using a free account.

Go to the Account Management System at https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php
Sign in using your Forum username and password you used to log in here.

On the right side in yellow box you will see

Free Hosting active username XXXXXX » View Details

The XXXXX is your cPanel username.

Click on » View Details

On the next page there will be a button 'Login to cPanel' that should take you to cPanel

Also, there is

Change Password

Update your hosting account's cPanel password.
Click here to update my password »

which you can use to change/set your Forum and cPanel password to the same thing. When it asks for your "old password", it wants your current Forum password.
