Change HOSTING SERVER

Where should i go or What should i do to change my hosting server from STARKA to BORU.
i always have a problem on loading, or the SERVER is Unavailable,
I WANT TO CHANGE MY HOSTING SERVER FROM STARKA TO BORU.
PLEASE HELP ME!

We do not move accounts around like that on request. If you feel you still need a server change, then you could request for your account to be deleted. After that's completed, then you can sign up again, but there's no guarantee that your new account will be created on a server other than starka.

Right now, your site is loading up fast and just fine for me.
