Change Main Domain

Please change my main domain from infomach.writer.x10.mx to bh.infomach.x10hosting.com
My Cpanel account name is kirti.

Please help me as neither i am not able to change it through https://x10hosting.com/control/ nor i am able to post in upgrade section.

What is the error you are getting when you try to change it ?

It first says that
'Your domain change request has been submitted successfully.'

Then i get the following message:

action status: Error
information: A change to your hosting account's primary domain.
result: A system error occurred while processing this action.

Error Code: 1E9F63B0

I earlier had my domain name as bh.infomach.x10hosting.com
I later changed it to another name.
Now i want the old name, viz. bh.infomach.x10hosting.com, back.
