I am using the MyBB plug-in, and trying to alter my templates for my forum, but on some of the templates, when I change them and then try to save them, I get:

Code:
Not Acceptable

An appropriate representation of the requested resource /mybb/admin/index.php could not be found on this server.

Additionally, a 406 Not Acceptable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

The URL of that error message is:

I tried digging into the logs to solve this but it looks like the logs picked the perfect time to "roll over" and the record of the exact mod_sec rule is missing. That said, can you try it again and reply back if it still doesn't work? There's a common one we see with editing templates involving too many URL's, which I disabled for your account, so that might be enough to fix the issue.

Thanks. I tried again, but it still gives the error. But perhaps you could try to look at the logs again, now that there's a fresh error on it? LOL

Oddly it didn't, which has me frustrated to say the least - a mod_sec issue should be a relatively easy fix if the logs tell us which rule is being hit. I'm still digging into this behind the scenes, but I may have to ping a higher-level admin to check in on this tomorrow if I keep striking out. I'll update once I find anything.

Retry plz; something changed the format on one of the logs which was what was causing my old search commands not to work properly >_<

It seems to be working now!!! Hooray!!! When I tried earlier, it may have been the case that I had not cleared my browser history, so it was just showing me the page that it had gone to before when I clicked save (the error page)??? I don't know. Anyway, it seems to be working for the time being. Thanks so much for your time and effort!

Wasn't the history/cache being an issue, the log file changed format (it used to be searchable by username, not anymore apparently) which was why I couldn't find it. Glad it's working now though; have a great rest of your holiday!
