Hi,

Please chnage MX Records for fullsodalotofice.x10hosting.com so that this subdomain is "Google Apps" enabled.

I have tried doing this myself at the CPanel a couple of times using the instructions provided at the Google Apps Help website, but have be unsuccessful so far. Maybe I am missing something.:dunno:

The Google Apps Help website suggests the following MX Record setttings:

  • ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM. 10
  • ALT1.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM. 20
  • ALT2.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM. 20
  • ASPMX2.GOOGLEMAIL.COM. 30
  • ASPMX3.GOOGLEMAIL.COM. 30
  • ASPMX4.GOOGLEMAIL.COM. 30
  • ASPMX5.GOOGLEMAIL.COM. 30
Thanks much!

What problems do you have? Those should be settable by cpanel

Thanks for the response.
Yes, this should be settable from cpanel, and I tried doing this from cpanel. But I get this error message from the Google Apps site.

It looks like your domain is configured incorrectly. For email to be delivered correctly, you'll need to change the "MX record" in your domain settings. If you skip this step, you'll still be able to create accounts, but you will not be able to send or receive email.

Can you please set/reset the MX Record settings as mentioned earlier in this thread, so Google Apps will be happy? Thanks.

I've fixed all your MX records (give them some time to update/propagate), and added the CNAME records.
I didn't add the "www." CNAME record, because if not your hosting account subdomain will not work/be accessible.

Feel free to re-open this thread if you need further assistance.
