Your cPanel link is found through a button under Hosting at http://x10hosting.com/control or visit http://(SERVERNAME).x10hosting.com:2082 or http://(domain name):2082 directly.

What do you mean by 'old interface'? cPanel hasn't changed for a long time.

You can edit your SQL information in cPanel --> phpMyAdmin (or MySQL Databases depending on what you need).
