Change of domain name error

I tried to change the name of my subdomain from palletteordreams.x10hosting.com to ceramiclegends.x10hosting.com but I got the following error code...

Error Code: 18A7083E

This goes along with the issues of the moving and upgrades. An Account Manager can handle this for you. Locate on the x10hosting.com page on the top (very top) right where it shows log into free hosting and login, then locate support at the top in your members page and open a support ticket.

Usually they get to these posts pretty quick.
