Hi,
I received an email stating that "Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances we are no longer able to provide a subdomain under the x10hosting.com domain past August 23, 2012."
It also states that "We've updated your recent support ticket. " However, I did not open such a ticket.
Is this change of subdomain true or is the email bogus?
Note when I tried to open a support ticket, I received "KY ID 11100 CREATE HTTP error: 403".
