change of domain

I recently created a .co.cc domain, (www.michellebrittan.co.cc) I have entered the name servers on their end and have changed my main domain in the settings found here https://x10hosting.com/control/?hosting&modify. I am aware that it may take some time however its now been 72 hours.

I can still login to cpanel through the account management (it says here that my domain is michellebrittan.co.cc), however if i try to access my site via this address I get redirected to http://michellebrittan.x10hosting.com/welcome/ and am given a 404 error message.

Not Found

The requested URL /welcome/ was not found on this server.

Apache/2.2.3 (CentOS) Server at michellebrittan.x10hosting.com Port 80

I hope this problem can be resolved as I received a good recommendation from a friend.

This is because the script that is forwarding you to /welcome/ is still pointing it to the michellebrittan.x10hosting.com subdomain. Check your .htaccess file.
