Change of hosting domains

Hi, I followed first option in the following document in knowledge base to change the domain. However,
I am trying to change to my own domain: nexus-one.com.au, butthe change is not coming through. Can you please give me some help?

How can I change my website address?

To change your website address (hostname) you need to decide which way will work best for you. There are 2 ways to do so:

1) Changing your site address without keeping the old one:

• Login to the Account Management Panel (AMP) located on the main page at http://www.x10hosting.com/.
• Click the "Modify your account" link under Account Options on the right side of the screeen
• If you're using a custom domain, i.e. www.yourname.com uncheck the box "Use Subdomain" and enter your site address there, i.e. yourname.com (Do not add www)

*Before adding a custom domain, ensure your nameservers are set to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com*

• If you wish to change the address, and keep using an x10 subdomain, simply change it without unchecking the "Use subdomain" box.
• Click "Save Changes"

A thing you could do is add the domain as an parked domain in cPanel.
