Change of site from x10hosting.com to x10.mx

Hi there
I recently took over our school website that is hosted on your servers and found that our old site which was on xhosting.com was no longer available and I had to create a new one, I chose x10.mx. Is the x10hosting.com domain gone for good, or is there any way to get it back? I apologize if this question is answered somewhere on your site, I am trying to get up to speed with your service and am in the process of finding everything. Thanks so much, Janine Tassone

If the account has been terminated, then I don't think it will be possible to use the domain as registration of .x10hosting.com addresses has now been stopped in favour of the .x10.mx addresses.

Thank you for your response. The account was not actually terminated, it was suspended (I took this over from someone who forgot to login periodically). Is it possible to get it back? Thanks again!
