Change Subdomain please

I need to have my subdomain changed from Dreamheart.elementfx.com to noctem.elementfx.com, please.

You can do this yourself. Simply log in to cPanel, delete the sub domain you've got (Dreamheart.elementfx.com) and make a new one with the new sub domain you want to use. The folder containing the data from that sub domain you've just deleted shouldn't be deleted, however I'd recommend taking a backup prior to doing so just to be on the safe side.

elementfx.com is one of the extensions that 10x offers for hosting using their subdomains. There isn't an option for changing it there. I need someone at x10 to change the subdomain in their cpanel as it isn't an option in mine, or at least I'm not seeing it.
