change the url

My url is 'http://wds.x10.bz' when I type on browser that give 404 Error
The file or directory you have requested was not found on the server.
How can I set My Url is 'http://wds.x10.bz/Index.htm' Like that it is working correctly.

2. do not use spaces or special characters in your file or directory names.
