change the username for free hosting

hi, I just created a free hosting account. I think I made a typo error when entering the username. can you help me change to jsquare86 instead of jsquare8. my email tied to this account is jsquare86@hotmail.com

You didn't make a typo error. The field where you typed in your preferred username cut off the '6' at the end. This is because there are only 8 characters max for a hosting account username.

If you don't want that as a username, then you'll have to request a deletion of your account, and then create a new one after that deletion is completed.
