Change to .com hosting

I got this back from Globat but did not know how to change this. It is a bit beyond me.

I checked your domain 'savefraserislanddingoes.x10.mx' and noticed that it is pointing to the nameservers ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com. If you wish to host the domain with us, please contact the hosting service provider of your domain and ask them to update the nameservers of the domain to our nameservers. Our nameservers are ns1.globat.com and ns2.globat.com.

Can you give me some advice on how to do it?

If it is impossible can I transfer the .com and hosting to you guys?

Just change the name servers to X10's ,i mean ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com in your domain registrars account and then park that domain in Cpanel

That notice you reprinted seems like you were trying to move your x10 subdomain to them, instead of the other way around.

Is Globat hosting the .com you want to move to x10 ? Are they the domain registrar?
