Changed my domain cant access site

i changed my domain from hiatttruckandtrailer.x10.bz to dramallama.x10.bz and now when I try to go to the site I get an error page saying to clear my ip cache but it doesnt work. Am I just not waiting long enough for the domain change to take effect? The Open Action page says it's completed though.

It takes about 24 hours for the cPanel to sync up to your new domain name. If it's not working by then after you clear your browser cache and flush your dns, post back here so that we can assist you further.

I cleared my cache and it still doesn't work. Anything else I need to do? It's been about 24 hours.

I don't have a problem uploading to my site with ftp, just viewing it with my browser

It is currently loading for me.

It *usually* works. I have a problem with it every so often but refreshing usually fixes it.
