When I post a new .html file to my website via ftp (filezilla) and then try to access it in a browser the older file is accessed instead. In fact, I removed an .html file as a test, but it stills shows up in a browser. Also, I can't get into cPanel, I get:

Please standby while transfer you to your web hosting account.
An error has occurred forwarding your sign in. Retry

Thanks,

Your IP is not blocked.

Are you able to login if you go directly to x12.x10hosting.com:2222
For direct login the username is the same as here on forums and it should be the same pass as the sso page, there has however been a few instances where something has caused a missmatch on passwords preventing logins.

What are you using for host in the ftp? If you use the server address have you updated it to reflect the new server?

I cannot log into x12.x10hosting.com:2222 . I am trying the same email and password I use for
https://x10hosting.com/sso/login which does work.

Also tried username instead of email address.

For ftp by filezilla I put x12.x10hosting.com:2222 into Host: and put profes32 (my username) into Username: and put my password into Password: . Since my password works when I sign in to https://x10hosting.com/sso/login I assume it is the correct one.

If you get authentication problems when going to ftp and directly to the server it would appear that the password somehow got messed up in the transfer. I'll set you a new one on directadmin and send you a PM with details, but you won't be able to use the automatic login for the time being (unless you manually set them to become the same password).

Email will not work on the servers own login page, only the username will.
