Hi!

I'm having some issues getting my domain to work on my hosting account. I think I'm supposed to change things over at the domain registrar, but I really have no idea what I'm doing. Any way you can help?

Thanks,
Jen

1. It shows your domain currently is: jenstefanski.com.x10hosting.com , which is probably not right. If you want it to be jenstefanski.com , you have to go to the Account Panel and menu item Hosting >> Modify Service ... uncheck Use an x10Hosting subdomain as my account's main domain and put in your desired domain.

2. Go to your domain registrar and sign into your account there. They should have something like "Manage your domain" and in that "Set DNS". Where they ask for the nameservers, put in

ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

3. The nature of DNS means that it will take some time (24-48 hrs) for this change to filter out to everybody. Some will see the changes quicker than others. All you can do is wait (flush DNS and clear cache sometimes helps).
