Changing of Main Domain

Hi, my main domain is currently set to chris.dahh.me. I wish to change it to dahh.me. I have tried to change it through https://x10hosting.com/control/?hosting&modify, but it has been a few days since I sent the change request and it is still not changed. Am I missing something here?

Any help would be appreciated!

Try to do the change again, as we were moving servers in the past few days.

I tried to change it again. It still says "Process wait" under action status.
