I am at work and having issues looking around the site for info.

How much effort is it to convert my advanced plan to a paid hosting plan, and what options are available? I tried to check my account but it is blocked at work and the people I wrote the site for are "*****ing" about downtime without thinking it is free and I will just simply pay for the host and attach it to a domain name. As I recall when I first setup my account here that is how I did my dot com name but dealing with work firewalls is a pain and I am hoping I can get a link to look at the options, and find out how to transfer to a paid domain.

I can back things up, but I am unsure how to re upload to a new site and have SQL work properly on it.
