Changing URL.. how?

Hi

I own a domain called thegympress.net from goDaddy, which is currently the url addy to my blog, however i want to use the domain name now for my x10Hosting site URL.. how do i do that?
What is the DNS stuff, and what not.
Can someone explain in detail to me how to go about changing this?

You need to set your dns servers to ours, and then park the domain (if you want to use it just as you currently do with your x10 domain - some packages like blogs and cms' tend to encode the url used to install into them so it may change back to your x10 one, if that happens you would have to reconfigure the blog/cms.
