Charged for the free hosting?

I had an invoice from Paypal today, for the $11.95 annual payment. But I'm pretty sure I cancelled it more than a year ago. I don't have a site on your free platform. I have the premium, so felt I didn't need a free one any more. I'm confused as to why I was charged. (Currently, I'm trying to get into the dashboard but it's not loading.) In fact, you refunded my payment last year because the same thing had happened. I had cancelled, but was still charged. So I hope you will refund again. But you have to do something about this. I do cancel in paypal, but obviously it isn't working.

We have no way of billing you unless their is an active sub via the PayPal account itself ( on your end) therefore, you still had an active agreement with us.

I can see you had been refunded last year ; 6/4/2025. There is no charge in our system for 2026 from our actual billing. Therefore, this would have been sent automatically from your PayPal side.

Please send me a direct message here with the transaction ID of this latest payment you are seeing and we will get this refunded. However, you will have to cancel this subscription on your end.

Thanks. Thing is, I did cancel the subscription last year! I don't know what paypal is playing at. I tried to cut and paste the email they sent me last year when I cancelled, but the message box flagged it as spam, for some reason!
