Chat Scripts Allowed?

x10Hosting,
In your TOS it says that chat & shoutbox scripts are not allowed. Does this just mean that you cant host a PHP chat script, or does it mean that we can't use any type of chatbox script on your servers,

You can have a chat script embedded on your site which isn't hosted at x10, but hosted by a 3rd party service, like a mibbit widget.

Any chat script hosted on your site that uses mySQL or file writes are not allowed.

Wait wait, now I have to ask for clarification because on IRC I was told by the higher ups that only the ones using MySQL were disallowed because the file-write ones don't drag the entire server (and that if they do, they get suspended for high resource usage). Which is it, that they're all banned or just the MySQL ones?
