Am unable to access account either by cpanel or ftp since yesterday's update
Domain - padge27.x10hosting.com

Try reset your cpanel password http://x10hosting.com/panel.php?resetpasswrd

If the problem still occur post back here

Resetting (or changing) password hasn't resolved problem.

Go to http://x10hosting.com/panel.php Login with Forums username and password.
Click on View Suspension Report on Right Sidebar.

See there if you are suspended or not

You're right - there is a suspension for high system resource usage dated 11th February - the account panel itself however states the account is in good standing so there is no option to ask for to unsuspend it.
