Chopin account - still not working (ALL files missing)

Hi there,

My account has been down for several weeks and only just in the last few days have i been able to get back into cPanel to find that ALL of my files are missing.

also missing are all of my sub domains, email accounts etc so pretty much everything... i was wondering if you would be able to copy my ENTIRE account over again or do i have to start over... here are some details of mine for you:
