Chopin - Can't login to cpanel

Hi,

I have checked my account and it is not suspended. my usuage stats are at 0% usuage

my hosted site is displaying 404 error http://gooit.x10hosting.com/blog

I am unable to login into my cpanel account I get the below error after entering in my credentials.

[a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive]
