[Chopin] Can't seem to log into cPanel or FTP and some data is missing

As the topic title says, I am unable to log into either my FTP or cPanel account, and some of my data (most notably my index.html page, but a few other things) is missing.

Not really sure what else to say, so... A little help with this would be appreciated, thanks

Go to http://x10hosting.com/panel.php Login with Forums username and password.
Click on View Suspension Report on Right Sidebar.

See If there is an report about suspension... Post back the result

Odd... The front page says my account is currently in good standing, but the suspensions page says:

suspension Feb 12 You have been suspended for high system resource usage. Accounts are suspended for usage when they are detected to have consistently high cpu usage, memory usage, or process amounts. This is an automatic suspension, you're able to unsuspend yourself immediately. Warning 1 of 3

and there's no "unsuspend" button there.
I don't have any PHP or SQL stuff set up either, so... I'm not sure what's going on here... :dunno:

Can you give your subdomain URL and the server you are on ?
