Chopin FTP

Is anybody having problems with FTP on the Chopin server? I checked the server status page and it is not reporting any issues.

Here's what happens (I'm using FileZilla):

I'm going to wait another hour or two before sending a ticket in, I'm just wondering if anybody else is having the same or similar problem?

Edit: Now it'll show the home directory but I cannot navigate to /www or /public_html (same thing, technically).

I am also having lots of problems with Chopin ftp. Sometimes it gets exceptionally slow, for example a 250K file taking exceptionally long, like minutes, logging in takes very long time... Very frustrating. I am new at x10hosting. Is this the norm for ftp? I cannot use cpanel tools because port 2082 is blocked at my environment...
Any help/opinion appreciated...

What do you mean?
I do not use Smartftp... This has nothing to do with ftp client you use. I tried different clients...
Even after login and do not get results and you logoff and log back in, I continue having problems. This happens intermittently, but very consistently.
You transfer a file and transfer stops in the middle of it for an extended period of time and then continues by itself. Sometimes it is very late to start the transfer
