Chopin HTTP

Hi,
First of all, I would like to say that X10Hosting is a really amazing host, for a free hosting it rocks! Keep up the good work guys.
On to the reason of my thread, my site is placed on the Chopin Server, and I see that alot of times that HTTP is down. Like 1.5/3 its down.
Is it happening to others or is it only me?

And I am unable to connect to my FTP server even thou it says that FTP is online...
I get this:
Error: Connection timed out
Error: Could not connect to server

or:
41 250(max) Users is alread logged in. Sorry

.....

Is it normal?

does this happen often? Or is this a freak thing that this suddenly is happening 2 days after I sign up? should I be looking for a different host, or is this out of character for x10hosting?

No x10 is really great, normally it doesnt happen.....
Dont know why, but they are already working on a fix
