Chopin Issues

Dear Support,

After waiting patiently and reading the news for 5 (!) days, my Server Chopin is supposed to be running and online by now (read it in the support section). But my page http://phuket-meditation.com still isn`t online. My business is relying on this page and I really hope that after such along time things are back to normal very soon. Please help me out.

We need a more specific error to help you. "Can't not connect to database" is too vague.

MySQL is online and functioning properly on Chopin.

Thanks for your answer. Well, "Could not connect to the database is all what I get as well. I even couldn`t log into my CPanel I had to change my password. I only know one thing - before the thing with Chopin and the copying of all the accounts started, everything was fine. The database isn`t there since you started to work on my account so its not my fault. I didn`t access or do anything with my account during the time you were working. So I am helpless here and I need you to restore my account to the same state it was before please.

Update - Even after password change I can`t log in. So this seems all a bit strange. Why did everything work before you did the changes and now nothing does?

I heard in another thread, that the IP adress still might point to the old chopin I. My IP adress is: 74.63.233.26. Is this maybe the issue?

So after trying what I can and change passwords once more without success I give up and take a shower now witing for your help

Summary:
I tried logging in with filezilla, It doesn`t work cause passwords are`nt right.
My CPanel doesn`t work cause no password works.
My page shows: "Cannot connect to MysQL"
Everything`s down and that`s all I know and all the additional information I can give you from here.

The chopi IP is correct and also your nameservers , this is not the problem.

Hi and thanks for the attempts to help so far.

How comes that I

1. Cannot login to my CPanel ?
2. My pages Database doesn`t connect ?

All that has happened after your changes. Before everything went just fine. If I could log into my CPanel I could do something and I surely wouldn`t bother you. But I cannot do anything. Could you please have a deeper look? If it doesn`t work this time I am forced to change the hosting service and I would be very sad about leaving. So please kindly help me with maybe only fixing my CPanel so I can have access again and try to repair my page by myself?
