CHOPIN MySQL Server Down or What ?

Hello,

I am a CHOPIN Hosting Member.

I am getting an error while connecting to the MySQL Database in my website which say :

Unable to establish connection to MySQL
1105 : #07000(proxy) all backends are down

Please explain about this problem whether any maintenance going on CHOPIN or what ?
