Chopin - Not able to access cpanel still

Hi,
Yes I have tried logging in using http://chopin.x10hosting.com:2082/ and http://aadarsh.x10hosting.com:2082, but with no luck.

In fact in my account panel, from yesterday I see this message,
You have been suspended for high system resource usage. Accounts are suspended for usage when they are detected to have consistently high cpu usage, memory usage, or process amounts. This is an automatic suspension, you're able to unsuspend yourself immediately. Warning 1 of 3

But there is no link to unsuspend my account. Also my account is down for more than a week with the DB issue. I created a support ticket but that got deleted :(

I am confused now. Atleast please give me temporary access so that I can download my data.

Please help.

You said when you tried to login to cpanel, but no luck, Can you tell us what exactly the error you are getting?
Did you tried to reset your password from account panel?

Regarding suspension, You account is not suspended at the moment.

I get the message "Login attempt failed" every time I try to login to my cpanel.

Yes I tried resetting the password yesterday but no luck yet.

Go to http://x10hosting.com/panel.php Login with Forums username and password.
Click on View Suspension Report on Right Sidebar. See if any suspension report there..

Post back the result

What is the relation between the cpanel login problem and suspension Report
