Chopin Rejecting Incoming Mail?

When anyone tries to send an email to either email accounts (such as sales@amplaudio.com.au) or forwarded emails (such as admin@amplaudio.com.au) on my domain they get the following message:

550 550-Please turn on SMTP Authentication in your mail client, or login to the 550-IMAP/POP3 server before sending your message.  [URL="http://mail-bk0-f51.google.com"]mail-bk0-f51.google.com[/URL]
550-[209.85.214.51]:35031 is not permitted to relay through this server without 550 authentication. (state 13).

In addition, I can't access either roundmail or horde webmail clients. They both give database connection errors.

Unable to connect to the database!
Please contact your server-administrator.

Does anyone know what's going on?

Just like me! In my case I'm having problems with incoming AND outgoing email. I can't receive neither send email but using webmail interface, but I use Thunderbird. How can we connect with support? They don't answer support tickets
