Chopin Running Slow?

Is Choping server running slow? Or is just me? I noticed it today and for the past 2 days. Wondering if anyone else noticed the same thing as well.

accounts on x10hosting's free-server "Chopin" (IP: 69.175.104.34) were moved to free-free server "Vox" (IP: 198.91.81.4) last year...

A PHP script - that did not run slow - output ==> PHP server date and time is ==> Thu Jan 16,2014 19:10:53 CST America/Chicago

I see no issues - from outside looking in - with that server at this time

Is there a close thread button somewhere? I can't seem to find it here.
