chopin server

Hi, As far as i can tell the chopin server is working again, but i still cannot login to activ8ed.co.nz/administrator. I can visit the site but can't login to the admin side, I am using joomla that I installed through fantastico/softaculous.
My cPanel shows no databases and I do not have softaculous/fantastico available in software/services anymore.

I don't think the logins problems are from the server, what are the details that you inputted when you created the site? It should of asked you for an admin username and a pass.

Fantasico and softaculous will be re-installed once corey has enough time..

Do you need instructions on how to complete a manual install?

When I go to her /administrator page I get a

Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL

page intermittently (same with her front page) . Othertimes I get the Joomla admin login page (and sometimes her 'bee' front page loads too).

Hi, thanks for the help, Sometimes I get a login page and I enter my username and password, then I get a message saying "Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL"

Is the database listed in phpMyAdmin? If so, just delete the MySQL user and re-create it, it should fix the problem.
