I really hate to ask someone to look into this, knowing my luck by the time I've finished typing it it'll have resolved its self.

I visited the x10Hosting Status page and found that there were issues with the Chopin server, but so far as you guys can tell everything's been resolved.
Unfortunately my site is still down and I can not access chopin.x10hosting.com:2083.
Cloudfare says site is down with no cache available & google chrome gives me an unable to access network error like it's being blocked or something.
There is a site at: http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ which I used to verify whether the problem was on my end (cookies or cache issues) or if it was truly down. According to "down for everyone or just me" the problem is not on my end.

I've also checked to make sure I haven't been suspended either...
May any of this have to do with the cPanel upgrade?

Thanks for your time,
Danielle

Just a couple of updates:
After being unable to access my site for the past 13 hours it's back :)
However http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com is reporting that it still can not see my site.

Last & Most important, I can still can not access:
https://chopin.x10hosting.com:2083/
Google Chrome gives this error:
Error 138 (net::ERR_NETWORK_ACCESS_DENIED): Unable to access the network.

Yes I have cleared my cache & flushed my DNS.

I just updated my browser, cleared the cache, & flushed the DNS again.
Still getting the 138 "block" error :(
