Ciroc Server Load

What's happening with the Ciroc server load? It like 18+ right now when I checked on Cpanel. Is someone's abusing a script?

Server load is fine now on Ciroc. It's 1.52.
If you server load goes high at any moment, please feel free to PM or E-Mail any Administrator or Jr Administrator.
