Clarification of “copyright” in the TOS

The free hosting ToS mentions that hosting copyright material is not permitted; this should be changed to disallow copyright material that is not the property of the site owner. Otherwise, the ToS technically doesn't allow anything at all other than copyleft/public domain content!

Actually if you read Then you would find this:

Illegal Material: This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any Federal, State, or Local regulation. You may not store copyrighted Mp3s or videos on your webspace in any way shape or form.
They are talking about Illegal Material, not Material that is Legally owned by the User. so it clearly describes this, your Post is not valid, thank you lol.

Actually he's got a bit of a point; it fixes itself later on like you said, but it still could do with a bit of a tweak just to be on the safe side :)
