Clarification on TOS

Is it permissible if I create a site where only registered users can upload files? The files will only be accessible to the user who uploaded it and myself.

I know file sharing sites are prohibited (though I don't see this line in the TOS when I went back to read it) but it's not really sharing.

What are the files that are going to be uploaded?

The files are going to be prints for the production of plastic injection molding components. The owners (or another authorized individual) of the prints will be the ones uploading the files. They are releasing the files to me so that I may produce the parts from the files.
