clicking on Hosting Control Panel give error

I have been deploying my website for testing the past couple of months with no issues. I can log in successfully, but when clicking on the Hosting Control Panel button I am getting this error message.... tried refreshing multiple times with no change. What can I do?

Good morning, I've been having the same problem for a few days now, and like you, it's been working fine for many years. But now I'm getting the same error as you, telling me to check my internet connection.

Were you able to fix it? Any new ideas?
