im having problems with the server, sql issues etc would like to close account, and set up a new one as i think i may have caused the problems installing componants of wordpress joomla phpbb3 etc. also have sub domain issues as cant delete them. so only thing i can think of is start again.

Please take a backup of all important files on your account, and then copy/paste the following in a new reply (filling in the cPanel username and placing an X in the parenthesis). Normally there is a 14-day waiting period between when accounts are marked for termination and when they actually get removed from the system, but I'll see what I can do in expediting your request so that you may make a new account sooner than that.
