I would like to close my account as it is completely useless at the moment.

You were zero tolerance suspended for not getting a license for your vBulletin (yes, I did confirm it with vB directly). Your account will be automatically erased sometime after 14 days; we don't erase them by hand and shorten that time period when it's a Zero Tolerance violation, which this is.
