Cloudflare not working

So I thought I would try CloudFlare, so I enabled it on my web site (changed gray cloud to orange colored cloud). When I run WebPageTest there is absolutely no change in page load times, it is not reporting a CDN as being detected, and where it reports where a CDN could be used it is listed as FAILED on every single item on my web page. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks, apparently there was a problem. Data is finally showing up on my cloudfire analytics page.

EDIT: Spoke too soon as it was just a blip in the chart with no page views.

I tried some tests today with different web pages having different types of content (text, images, videos, etc.), and with cloudflare enabled/disabled, and there is no difference in page load times. Also, all the methods to indicate that Cloudflare servers are being used turn up negative (Cache hit information, servers being used, etc.).
