Clouflare nameservers

I signed up for Cloudflare fo my site. and I get the below error. I activated my Cloudflare account about 4 days ago. Any tips to get it completed?

The first question was multiple choice (a or b), not yes/no. Did you set up your domain (a) at Cloudflare or (b) through cPanel?

I do not know what you did or where you did it - but it looks like you tried to setup your sub-domain at CloudFlare

#2. > did you look to see what nameservers your domain is setup with ? Not sure, where do I find that information?

one place to get your account sub-domain's DNS information is at --> [ http://network-tools.com/default.asp?prog=express&host=cap.x10.mx ]
your sub-domain is setup with nameservers --> [ ns1.x10hosting.com ] and [ ns2.x10hosting.com ] (as it should be)
