CNAME Change Request

Hello,
I am trying to add my blog to my site. Blogger says "you need to create a CNAME record for your domain with the DNS, associating your domain with ghs.google.com" The site is blog.tubeaddict.pcriot.com. If possible, could an administrator please change this for me. Thanks!!
