I have updated the CNAME records; closed.

Hmm, it looks like the CNAME records may have been set wrong. #1 shows what a DNS lookup for mail.jcat13.com looks like while #2 is what it should look like, so it appears that jcat13.com was included in the answer when it should not be. Could you please fix this
