co.cc - false advertising

I am curious as to why x10 pushes the 'free domain' from co.cc? Here's what happens:

1) Their website states that domains for personal use are free
2) I search for a domain
3) I am told that domain is unavailable or I must pay
4) A list is provided, among which are free domains
5) I click on one of those
6) go to step 3

co.cc does not actually provide free domains.

I don't know what Co.Cc site *you* were looking at, but you can throw your money away there while the rest of us enjoy free domains from Co.Cc.

I just wanna make a note here, english words, substantives, verbs, names and internet releated words isn't free, while domains with random characters is free.
