CO.CC issues

So, is anybody else from America having troubles accessing http://www.co.cc ?
after a couple tracert's and a modem reset I still get the following.

Doing a check on thisI get the following,

Either Hanaro Telecom is blocking US IP's or just those coming from Qwest Communications.
Can anybody confirm?

Co.CC is working just fine for me
Perhaps theres a problem with your DNS server, or ISP...

San Jose, Ca reaches co.cc just fine.

the co.cc domain is the only one not able to be accessed from my computer, any sites I own using the co.cc domain works fine, going through a proxy http://www.co.cc shows. My friend has tried the site as well and it shows, but when I attempt to ping it or go to the site directly it fails.

Sometimes it happens that people mess up at some servers thus making it impossible to reach the domain.
