Did you changed the nameservers to

ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

Then it will take 24 to 48 hrs to propagate the name servers.

And you have to park the domain or addon the domain or make it main domain.

Put your code in /usr/local/apache/htdocs/index.html. That will do the trick !!

According to your account information, your URL is http://10dollarptc.co.cc

In order to use that URL, you need to go back into your http://co.cc control panel and configure the domain to use DNS, then set the namesevers to:

ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

The URL you mentioned in your first post, http://20dollarsptc.co.cc, is not registered with http://co.cc.
