COD 4 FTP download

Hi I occasionally host a COD 4 Server with some custom mods that i made and find...
Anyways my internet upload is really crappy and i wanted to start using an FTP for download... then i came across this and really wanted to start using it....
Can anyone help me set it up?

This actually would not be allowed to be done on the Free Hosting service if it's direct download from hosting or for Fast Download while in game. I suppose if you were to make these add-ons and mods you have fit a website and offer up a personal game script site, maybe it'll fly but I suppose it's best to wait until someone more versed with the ToS answers.
